The National Monuments Service's description

The site (L 2.2m min.; Wth 2.33m; D 0.1m) is orientated NE-SW on the field surface and consists predominantly of light brushwood orientated. The brushwood is densely arranged, up to five pieces deep. It mostly lies longitudinally, with two transverse elements 0.4m apart. The longitudinal pieces run above and below the transverses but there is no indication of a consistent weave. The wood is in poor condition as a result of milling. Woodworking is attested by a number of chisel points. The site sits in well-humified Sphagnum peat containing pockets of Eriophorum, with Calluna roots and non-archaeological wood above and below the site.
