The National Monuments Service's description

Recumbent 17th century graveslab belonging to Constantine Molloy of Cully Castle (OF024-004001-) who died in 1683. The recumbent slab (dims. 1.8m x 0.85) lies on the ground 3.4m to the E of the present E gable of Lynally church (OF016-031001-) in Lynally graveyard (OF016-031002-). The inscription on the slab reads 'HIC JACET CORPUS DOMINI CONSTANTIN O MOLLOY DE CULLY QUI ME FERI FECIT ANNON DOMINI 1683' [Here lies the body of Constantine O'Molloy of Cully who had me made in the year 1683], below this inscription there are the words 'MEMENTO MORI' [Remember Death] and beneath this at the base of the slab there is the carving of a skull and crossbones the symbol of mortality.
