The National Monuments Service's description
Inside the Romanesque Church of Ireland church (OF016-015001-) at Rahan there is small sandstone cross-inscribed stone inserted into the N wall of the chancel directly over the doorway near the NE angle of the chancel that leads into the mural stairs in E wall of the church. May originally have been an early Christian cross-slab.
