The National Monuments Service's description
The site (L 16.34m; Wth 0.68m; D 0.28m) is orientated NNE-SSW at two sightings in the drain face. At the SW sighting, the site is composed of three light roundwoods, one piece of which is of alder and has been worked to a chisel point. At the NE sighting, the site is represented by a single roundwood (diam. 0.09m). The site sits in well-humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum and ericaceous root.
