The National Monuments Service's description
The site (L 302m; Wth 2.33m; D 0.19m) is orientated NNE-SSW on the field surface and composed on roundwoods and planks. The initial sighting consists of two longitudinal roundwoods (diam. 0.12-0.125m) c. 1.3m apart with a tangentially split peg supporting one of the roundwoods. One roundwood has an irregular squared end, possibly a degraded sawn end. The peg (L 0.05m; diam. 0.03m) is set at 85°.
