The National Monuments Service's description
Sandstone cross-slab (dims. 0.66m x 0.51m x 0.13m) which was unearthed during excavations of Gallen priory in 1935. Described by Macalister as a cross-slab decorated with`An equilateral cross in a circle' (Macalister 1949, 74). This slab bears an inscription that reads ANLOC GAESITA.
