The National Monuments Service's description
The site (L 3.15m; Wth 3.37m; D 0.08m) consists of four roundwoods laid NE-SW with two further roundwoods orientated NW-SE. The overall site orientation is indiscernible. In addition to this there are a number of irregularly laid pieces of brushwood. Bordering this material are a number of posts and stakes. The site is in very poor condition with the uppermost elements surviving only as pieces of bark, the wood being almost entirely milled away. The site lies in well-humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum and fibrous roots.
