The National Monuments Service's description
Unlocated ringfort within townland described by Offaly Historical Archaeological Society in 1975 as 'a platform rath about 100m west of Gormagh 2. Roughly rectangular in shape. E-W axis 50m in length; N-S axis 25m in length. Bank up to 1m high on W and E sides, and is removed on N and S sides.' (OHAS 16/02/1975)
