The National Monuments Service's description
The site (Wth 0.5m; D 0.05m) consists of light brushwood identified at one location on the field surface The brushwood is orientated N-S and is a single layer deep. Evidence for woodworking is confined to a toolmark at the end of an outlying peg, situated 0.45m to the E of the site. It is not certain if this peg is related to the structure. The site is situated in moderately humified Sphagnum peat in which Phragmites is also noted.
