The National Monuments Service's description
The site (Wth 1.24m; D 0.2m) consists of brushwood, laid four pieces deep, with occasional twigs in opposing drain faces The site is arranged as two dense layers of material 0.3m apart. No woodworking is evident. The site is situated in well-humified Sphagnum peat with a large amount of Eriophorum.
