The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a slight rise in a gently undulating landscape. The faint cropmark of a D-shaped enclosure (int. dims c. 40m E-W; c. 40m N-S) is visible on enhanced Google Images (19/06/2018). It is defined by curving fosses at E and W and the fosses are connected at N and S by straight lengths of fosse. There is an outer fosse visible on the W side SW-NW, and it was first reported by Jean Charles Caillère.
