The National Monuments Service's description
Inside the W end of the parish church of Newtown Clonbun (ME036-049005-) is the rectangular base of a font (dims 0.53m x 0.50m; H 0.26m) with a chamfered upper surface where the scar of an octagonal shaft (dim. 0.3m) can be seen. Part of the shaft (H 0.34m) is also present.
