The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a slightly undulating landscape with a relict meandering S-N course of the Nanny River c. 50m to the E. From 2016 Noel Meehan has been recording cropmark enclosures in the Keenoge area on a drone-mounted camera, and he identified this feature in Deenes townland. This is a circular area (int. diam. c. 5m) defined by a wide fosse feature, which is attached to the NE of an enclosure (ME027-107001-).
