The National Monuments Service's description

Inside the NW angle of the graveyard (ME017-031001-)at Teltown is a damaged headstone(dims 0.7m; H 0.4m) with a cross (H 0.35m; span c. 0.35m) that has expanded terminals crudely inscribed on its W face. (Eogan 2006, 20-1)
