The National Monuments Service's description
In the graveyard of Kilskeer church (ME016-043----) is a piece of a mantelpiece (H 0.78m; Wth 0.33-0.38m; T 0.15m) re-used as a grave-marker. It has a crest with a chevron and a scallop shell, and also has the letters 'R' and 'P' on either side of the crest, and the date 1691. It may have come from the tower house (ME016-042----) c. 35m to the WSW.
