The National Monuments Service's description
The site of the medieval parish church of Kilpatrick (ME012-016----), now called Castletown Kilpatrick, is within a rectangular graveyard (dims c. 65m NE-SW: c. 55-70m NW-SE) defined by earthen banks, with a masonry wall at W where there is an access lane. The effigy (ME012-016002-) is built into the E wall of the present Church of Ireland church, which is now derelict and the fragment of a tomb-surround (ME012-016003-) is built into the church tower. The cross-slab (ME012-016004-) is W of the church.
