The National Monuments Service's description
Situated at the summit of Carnacop Hill. Reid (1823, 7-8fn) records the discovery in 1805 of a passage and beehive chamber 'close to a grassy hill or artificial construction’, perhaps the enclosure (ME012-006----), upon an eminence which overlooks the adjacent country. There is no evidence of an underground structure at the enclosure.
