The National Monuments Service's description
Located on level ground with a small NW-SE canalised stream c. 10m to the NE. This is a small kidney-shaped and grass-covered mound (dims 9m N-S; 7m E-W; H 0.4m) with an indentation on the W side.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
