The National Monuments Service's description

This sandstone erratic (dims 2.05m x 1.8m) is located on the lower N-facing slope of the Loughcrew Hills, and has been fully recorded by Shee Twohig (et al. 2010, 16). Its upper surface slopes up to the E (max. H c. 0.5m) and about ten cupmarks can be identified on the W side of the stone.
