The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a fairly level landscape. The cropmark of a small enclosure (diam. c. 10-15m) defined by a continuous fosse feature is visible on an aerial photograph (CUCAP: BDP 39). The ring-ditch (ME006-021001-) is c. 40m to the SE.

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
