The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on the crest of an ENE-WSW ridge and inside the NW quadrant of rath (ME005-024----). A depression (L 12m; Wth 4.7m; D 0.5m) extending from the centre of the rath towards the bank at NNW could be a souterrain, although no stone is evident.
