The National Monuments Service's description
At foot of low hill in graveyard with large spring and holy well (MA121-097003-) to E. Small oratory (4.8m N-S; 7m E-W) possibly dating in part to the earlier ecclesiastical phase. E gable levelled; little remains of N and S walls (H 2.3m; T 0.7m). Possible entrance (Wth 1m) in W gable. Site much disturbed.
