The National Monuments Service's description
Listed in the RMP (1997) as a mound based on its depiction as a small circular hachured feature on the 1929 OS 6-inch map. An inspection in 2010 recorded it as the remains of a house consisting of a circular area (5.6m N-S; 5m E-W) enclosed by a ruined stone wall (H 0.4m; Wth 1.4m), best preserved N to W (pers. comm. Richard Crumlish).
