The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, located at the edge of a broad sweep of lowlying, flat damp land bordering the S bank of the Mannin River. There is rising ground c. 30m to S.
Low, irregular-shaped sod-covered mound (c. 11m N–S; c. 8m E–W; H 0.3m) composed of black soil and shattered stone, with a shallow central depression (diam. 1.6m). The mound is poorly preserved and has an uneven surface. A fulacht fia (MA093-093001-) and a possible fulacht fia (MA093-093----) are located c. 100m to W.
