The National Monuments Service's description
Located on the level top of a ridge, close to the break of slope on the SW side, with good views over a narrow valley to SW and of rolling pasture to NE. There is a possible rath (MA092-036----) 150m to N.
A small embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 10-15m) is shown on the 1838 OS 6-inch map; a hachured circular feature is shown on the 1917 edition. There is no visible trace at ground level. Given its small size and ridge top siting, this monument may have been a barrow.
