The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, located in lowlying ground, overlooked to N by a ridge. There is a W-flowing stream/drain c. 15m to N of the rath, and an expanse of damp ground to W is marked liable to flood on the 1838 and 1929 OS 6-inch maps.
Slightly raised oval area (c. 30m E−W; 26m N−S) defined at SW−WSW by bank (Wth c. 2m; max. ext. H 0.75m) of earth and stone, reduced elsewhere to a low scarp. The interior slopes down slightly from N to S. A post and wire fence extends N−S through the interior just E of centre. There is another rath (MA090-089----) 140m to SE.
