The National Monuments Service's description
This record refers to a church or convent which Tírechán (Book of Armagh) recounts was founded by St. Patrick for Mathona, sister of Bishop Senach of Aghagower. Its precise location is unknown but one tradition associates it with the remains of a small building (MA088-064----), called 'Templenafiacal', located c. 200m to NE of Aghagower graveyard (MA088-063002-).
