The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, located at the SE end of a low NW–SE ridge. The ground falls steeply to N and E to lowlying, rush-grown wet pasture.
A sod-covered, sub-circular mound (diam. c. 3.5-4m; H 0.6m at SSW, 1m at NNE). A denuded section at E reveals a concentration of small stones suggesting that it may be a field clearance cairn. A telegraph pole is adjacent at E. There is a rath (MA081-007001-) 35m to WNW on the same ridge.
