The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture, located at the base of a gentle NE-facing slope, where the ground levels out towards a stream which is 20m to NE.
Listed in the SMR (1991) and the RMP (1997) as a fulacht fia on the basis of information from a local source. When inspected in 1997, the remains consisted of a low grass-covered roughly semicircular rise (c. 4m NW−SE) but there was no definitive evidence of charcoal-rich soil or burning. The nature of mound is uncertain.
