The National Monuments Service's description

Located in the interior of a rath (MA062-068001-).
Four discrete areas of surface collapse (each, max. dim. 0.5-1m) reveal the line of a subterranean passage (Wth c. 0.8m). It extends from close to the bank at NW for several meters to SE towards the centre of the rath, where it changes direction to SSW. Glimpses of drystone walling and lintel roofing can be seen in the areas of collapse. A large flat slab protruding from the ground close to the bank at NNW may also be part of the souterrain.
