The National Monuments Service's description
Located in wet, rush-grown pasture with a stream/drain immediately to NE, and rising ground to ENE.
A grass-covered mound (12.7m NW–SE; c. 8m NE–SW; H 0.55m), which consists of two expanded lobes on either side of a central depression (W 1.4-2m), giving mound a roughly figure-of-eight shape in plan. The depression probably marks the location of a trough. Another fulacht fia (MA071-212) is located 5m to W.
