The National Monuments Service's description

In the NE corner of a large field, located in marshy ground at the base of a steep E-facing slope, 13.5m W of a stream. A horseshoe-shaped mound (5.5m E–W; 7.8m N–S; max. H 0.3m high), composed of heat-fractured stones, with the arms of the mound enclosing a central depression open to the E. The mound is grass-covered but is surrounded by rushes, which also grow in the central hollow. Four fulacht fia (MA070-211001-; MA070-211002-; MA070-211003-; MA070-211004-) are located in the adjacent field to N along the W bank of the same stream, the closest of which (MA070-211004-) is c. 40m to N.
