The National Monuments Service's description

On slightly raised ground in low-lying damp rush-covered rough grazing overlooked by a low ridge to the W. Reported as a possible fulacht fia (SMR file). A low subcircular, grass-covered mound (ext. diams. 23m E-W; 21m N-S; av. H 0.4m) has a circular upper surface (diam. 13m) which slopes slightly downwards towards the E. A second fulacht fia (MA070-07901-) lies c. 75m to the NNE.
