The National Monuments Service's description

In lowlying rush-covered ground at the foot of a NW-SE running ridge c. 8m to the S of a small NE-flowing streamlet. Reported as a possible fulacht fia (SMR file).A slightly raised irregularly square-shaped area (L c. 16m; Wth c. 16m; H 0.4m along N - 0.9m along S and W) is covered with grass and moss. While the lowlying siting near a stream is typical for a fulacht fia, no burnt stone or charcoal deposits are visible.
