The National Monuments Service's description

Located on the S bank of the Owennadarrydivva or Newport River, immediately to SE of Newport town. This Church of Ireland graveyard (c. 40m NNW–SSE; c. 44m ENE-WSW) containing 18th- and 19th-century headstones. There is a ruined 18th-century church (MA068-014001-) in the N half of the graveyard.
