The National Monuments Service's description
In gently undulating pastureland. The Killeen River is located 170m to S.
This monument is shown on the 1838 and 1930 OS 6-inch maps as a roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 20m), with an oval enclosure (MA061-173----) conjoined to it on the W side. A field boundary on a NW−SE axis is shown on both the 1838 and 1930 maps extending across the SW half of this enclosure (MA061-173001-); on the 1930 edition a roughly N−S field boundary clips the E edge, and an E-W road truncates the N edge of the enclosure.
The road and the field fences/hedgerows remain as shown on the OS maps; however, there are no remains of the enclosure visible at ground level.
