The National Monuments Service's description

On a rise, locate on a natural E–W break of slope, where ground falls to S, then levels out as it extends to the banks of the River Moy, which lies 75m to S.
Not indicated on the 1838 and 1929 OS 6-inch maps. According to information supplied to the SMR in 1991, this location was used as a children’s burial ground (MA060-045002-). There is no physical evidence at ground level, and no local tradition of burials here. The top of the rise was modified and built up in the early decades of the 20th century to create a level platform (diam. c. 8-10m) to support a rectangular concrete water tank on a concrete plinth (c. 3m N–S; 2.5m E-W). At present, there is no convincing evidence to confirm the presence of a children’s burial ground.
