The National Monuments Service's description
In a possible burial mound (MA040-047----). ‘Graves’ is written on the 1922 OS 6-inch map adjacent to the possible burial mound, which is named ‘David’s Fort’. According to Aldridge (1969, 85) the possible prehistoric burial mound was locally ‘reputed to have been used for the burial of children’. No graves are now evident.
