The National Monuments Service's description
Located in a rath (MA040-040). A low raised area (6m N-S; 5m E-W; H 0.35m at W) in W half of the interior of rath incorporates a souterrain. Two lintelled openings are evident, one at the N and one at the S end of the rise. The openings reveal a dry-stone passage (Wth c. 0.8m; D 0/2-0.3m), which is infilled with soil, and is inaccessible.
