The National Monuments Service's description

Located immediately to NE of holy well (MA040-032) on the bank of a stream that flows through a steep-sided gully. A low, subcircular cairn (c. 3.4m N−S; c. 2m E−W; H 0.5m) of stones. Two hazel trees grow from the NW side of the cairn.
