The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, located just below the top on the NE side of a prominent rise in an area of rough pasture and bog. There are excellent views over a broad sweep of the surrounding landscape, with Nephin dominating the skyline to SSW.
Small oblong mound (8.7m E-W; 6.3m N-S; H 0.5m at S, 1.4m at N) of earth and stones. It is rather irregular in shape and height, curving and broadly slumped on the E side but with a straighter, more vertical side at W. Many small stones protrude from the sod cover, and several hawthorn bushes grow on it.
