The National Monuments Service's description

In a graveyard (MA038-049002-). This carved stone head is set in concrete at the entrance to the graveyard. The head (Wth 0.1m; T 0.08m; H 0.17m) is carved in relief on a stone block (0.27m x 0.28m; H 0.2m). The facial features are simply delineated, and a headdress, perhaps a bishop's mitre, the base of which forms a horizontal band across the forehead, is clearly depicted. It seems likely that it came from the medieval church (MA038-049001-), no surface trace of which is now evident in the graveyard.
