The National Monuments Service's description

In wettish to average pasture, located on a rise. There is a stream/drain 130m to E and the Deel River is located 300m to S.
This monument is shown on the 1838 and 1922 OS 6-inch maps as a subcircular, ringfort-sized enclosure (diam. 25-30m), named ‘Lisheenarnagh’. It was levelled during land reclamation works; there is no visible trace at ground level. A field fence on NNW-SSE axis extends across the location. According to local tradition, the interior was used as a children’s burial ground (MA038-019002-).
There is a possible rath (MA038-020----) 40m to NE, and another possible rath (MA038-018001-) with a children’s burial ground (MA018-018002-) 180m to NNW.
