The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, located on a low rise, with views of Ox mountains to S-SE. A NW−SE field fence, bordering a minor road, lies 6m to W.
This standing stone is shown on the 1837-8 and the 1922 OS 6-inch maps. It consists of an upright, earthfast stone (H 1.55m; max. Wth c. 1m), with a roughly circular cross-section.
