The National Monuments Service's description
This record is listed in the SMR (1991) and the RMP (1997) as a possible mound. No feature resembling a mound is indicted on the 1837 or 1930 OS 6-inch maps, and there are no references in the SMR files to a mound. It seems likely to be a duplicate record for the megalithic tomb (MA030-052001-), shown as ‘Fert Echtra’ or ‘Princess Grave’ on the OS 6-inch maps, perhaps referring to a cairn or mound over that grave.
