A low, sod-covered mound (max. dim. 6-8m, H 0.4m) bordered to NW and NE by field fences. The sod cover has been eroded in parts by farm stock, exposing a concentration of sandstone fragments in dark grey soil.
A fulacht fia (MA015-083----) is located 150m to NE, and there is a cluster of fulachtai fia/burnt mounds (MA015-084001- to MA015-084004-) c. 130m to NNE.
