The National Monuments Service's description

Situated in rough mountainous terrain sloping very steeply down from S to N to the Keerglen River.
This cairn is not shown on any edition of the OS 6-inch maps. It consists of a sub-circular heap (3.1m NNW-SSE; 2.9m ENE-WSW; max. H 0.6m) of small and medium sized stones. There is a cashel (MA014-042001-) c. 25m to N and an enclosure (MA014-122----) c. 100m to NE.
