The National Monuments Service's description

This record is listed in the SMR (1981) as ‘monument’ based on a reference in Westropp (1912, 116) to ‘..the interesting monument (illustrated by Otway) at Ballyglass between Dunfeeny and Ballycastle..'. It is likely that it refers to one of two court tombs (MA007-045001-; MA007-046) which are located close to Ballycastle village.
