The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture on N slope of Knockmagh and 370m W of the townland boundary with Anglesborough. Enclosure (LI057-045----) lies 60m to the S. Not depicted on 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map. Identified as a possible earthwork on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000; No. 112) taken 03/11/1984. Visible as a circular-shaped enclosure (diam c. 15m) on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
