The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture on E bank of River Aherlow. Not Depicted on the historic OSi maps. Identified as a possible enclosure on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photographs (Strip map 3, site 3/1) taken 03/11/1984. Visible as a circular-shaped depression (diam. c. 25m) on Google Earth orthoimage dated 14/09/2019. Doubtful antiquity, earthwork may be the result of post-1700 quarrying rather than the remains of an archaeological enclosure.

See attached Gas pipeline aerial image and Google Earth orthoimages.
